How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and only takes a few steps:

  1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout using either the standard checkout option or PayPal.

  3. On the checkout page, enter the required information, including:

    • Email address

    • Full name

    • Delivery address

If you have a valid promo code, enter it in the Discount field and apply it before continuing.

Next, click Continue to Shipping Method and confirm that the shipping address is correct. If your billing and shipping details are different, please ensure both are entered accurately.

After that, proceed to Payment Method and provide your payment details. Once everything is completed, click Complete Order.

You will see an on-screen order confirmation and will also receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

What should I do if my order is missing items or contains the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue (image size below 1MB)

After verification, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

How can I confirm that my order was successfully placed?

After completing your purchase, a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details will be sent to your email address.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder first.


Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are possible before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.

After this time, the order may already be processed and changes may no longer be available.

How do I add items to my cart?

From there, you can review items, update quantities, or remove products before completing your order.


How do I remove an item from my cart?

Open the cart page and locate the item you wish to remove.

Click the Remove option next to the product. The item will automatically be deleted and the cart will refresh.


How do I change the quantity of a product in my cart?

Go to the cart page and find the product you want to update.

Adjust the number in the Quantity field and the total amount will update automatically.
