Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the product has been shipped or entered the production process.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.


Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must remain in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please do not send the item directly back without contacting customer support first, as return instructions must be provided before shipping.

Customers will only be charged one shipping fee at most, which includes the original delivery and return if applicable.

No restocking fees will be applied to returned items.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the return has been received.

You will also be informed whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on the payment provider.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm the refund has not already been posted.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several days to appear.

  3. Contact your bank, since processing time can vary between financial institutions.

Return Shipping

If a return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions from our support team.

If the return is due to customer preference or other personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost based on the courier service chosen.

If the return is caused by a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect shipment, the return shipping cost will be covered.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided by customer support after the return request is approved.
